The Board of Management for Cricket in India (BCCI) has unveiled the schedule for India’s home season 2023-24 immediately that includes a complete of 1846 matches to be performed throughout June 2023 and March 2024.

The home season will begin with the distinguished Duleep Trophy, operating from June 28 to July 16, 2023. Following this, the Prof. Deodhar Trophy will happen from July 24 to August 3, 2023. Each tournaments will span throughout six zones: Central, South, North, East, West, and North-East. The Irani Cup, showcasing Saurashtra versus the Remainder of India, is about to start on October 1, 2023.

Subsequently, the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy and Vijay Hazare Trophy will happen. The previous runs from October 16 to November 6, 2023, whereas the latter is scheduled for November 23 to December 15, 2023. In these two white-ball competitions, 38 groups will likely be cut up into two teams of seven and three teams of eight groups.

The famend Ranji Trophy, a premier home cricket occasion, kicks off on January 5, 2024, and concludes on March 14, 2024. The 38 groups will likely be divided into 5 teams, with 4 Elite Teams containing eight groups every and a Plate Group with six groups. Within the Elite Group, every crew will play seven league-stage matches, with two groups from every group advancing to the Quarterfinals. In the meantime, the six Plate Group groups will every play 5 league-stage matches, with the highest 4 progressing to the semi-finals.
