Pooja for Pran Pratishtha of Ayodhya Ram Mandir Likely to Start from January 16

The Sri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirath Kshetra Trust has decided to enthrone Ram Lalla at the sanctum-sanctorum of the Ram Temple on January 22, 2024.
The poojan for the Pran Pratishtha of Ram Mandir in Uttar Pradesh’s Ayodhya will begin from January 16, 2024, General Secretary of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Champat Rai informed. Meanwhile, all the arrangements for the Pran Pratishtha of the temple, scheduled to take place on January 22, 2024, are being made in full swing.
The names of the special guests attending the Pran Pratishtha program are likely to be shared soon.
‘Don’t Come to Ayodhya on Jan 22′: Champat Rai
In a special message for the pilgrims planning to visit Ayodhya for Pran Pratishtha of Ram Mandir, Champat Rai on Saturday said that people should celebrate “Anand Mahotsav” on January 22, 2024 in temples near to their houses and avoid traveling to Ayodhya on the day.
“Don’t travel to Ayodhya on January 22. Assemble at the temple nearest to you, irrespective of whether it’s small or big. Go to the temple which is feasible for you, even if it belongs to a different god or goddess,” Champat Rai was quoted as saying by NDTV.
PM Modi to Attend Ram Temple Inauguration
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to attend the inauguration of the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya on January 22 next year on the invitation of Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Trust.
“Jai Siya Ram! Today is a day full of emotions. Recently, the officials of Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust had come to meet me at my residence. He has invited me to come to Ayodhya on the occasion of the consecration of Shri Ram Temple. I feel very blessed. It is my good fortune that in my lifetime, I will witness this historic occasion,” PM Modi posted on X.

The foundation stone for the Ram temple was laid by PM Modi on August 5, 2020, following the Supreme Court’s landmark ruling in 2019.
